Listed below are the following approved devices and associated operating systems for which Campus IT Services can support.
OPERATING SYSTEM
Campus IT Services supports most recent versions of Microsoft Windows and Apple Mac operating systems.
BROWSERS
Campus IT Services supports the last two versions of every major browser release. We highly recommend updating to the newest version of whatever browser you are using. Please note that due to reduction of support for Internet Explorer, students and instructors should choose another browser to use such as Firefox, Chrome, Edge, or Safari. Note: Cookies must be enabled, and pop-up blockers should be configured to permit new windows from various campus websites.
INTERNET CONNECTIVITY
For a seamless experience of the various online teaching and learning activities, broadband connection is recommended
MOBILE DEVICES
Campus IT Services does not provide support for student or staff mobile devices.
