Career Advising
Often, students need additional assistance in working out a strategy when determining a career path. If you have a particular career interest but do not know how to get there, career advice may be the right fit for you. Career advice provides the information needed to:
- Enhance your resume
- Prepare for an interview
- Guide consideration of possible minors and selection of post graduate programmes
- Effectively bridge the gap to enter a particular field
- Negotiate career transitions
Students should not confuse this process with Academic Advising which they MUST receive from their Faculty. However, advising on the St. Augustine campus is viewed as a holistic process, which involves both areas. Please take the opportunity to utilise both services.
