Rajiv is an Instructor in the Department of Chemical Engineering, teaching materials, separation processes, applied chemistry, and computer modeling. His work centers on developing and applying environmentally friendly corrosion inhibitors for systems such as fuels and biofuels, and he is also exploring how artificial intelligence can improve chemical engineering analysis and decision-making. He has partnered with industry on projects including pipeline flow modeling and optimization, as well as operational energy-efficiency assessments. He is currently pursuing a PhD in Chemical Engineering focused on predicting public health impacts using extraction-based methods and data-driven modeling.
