Manoj Kollam received the Bachelor of Engineering(B.E) in Electronics & Communication Engineering in 2008 from Anna University, India  and Master of Technology(M.Tech) in Embedded Systems in 2011 from JNT University Hyderabad, India.  An experienced engineering and researcher, I have a strong foundation in electrical and computer engineering, with a focus on different fields like embedded systems, machine learning and High Performance Computing.

At present pursuing Ph.D. in Electrical & Computer Engineering, The University of West Indies, St. Augustine Campus in Trinidad & Tobago. Ph.D. project focuses on developing a novel machine learning algorithm for earthquake forecasting using parallel processing. Additionally, I have been involved in various projects related to Android kernel porting, IoT health monitoring systems, and smart car security systems.

Currently, I am working as an Instructor Level-II at The UWI, St. Augustine Campus in Trinidad & Tobago, My past roles include teaching and research positions at KL University and ATME College of Engineering, as well as hands-on experience as a Software Engineer in the Embedded Division at Cewidus Technologies PVT. LTD, India.

My expertise covers a wide range of subjects, such as microcontrollers, advanced microprocessors, embedded systems, object-oriented programming, digital electronics, VLSI, control systems, and network analysis. I have a proven track record in programming languages and hardware design, including C, C++, Embedded C, VHDL, CUDA, Python, microcontrollers (8051, PIC), microprocessors (8086), ARM7, and NVIDIA Jetson TX1/TX2.

Apart from my hands-on experience, I have published several conference papers and journal articles, and have contributed to monographs on embedded systems and industrial automation. My commitment to continuous learning is evident through my participation in various workshops and training programs on subjects like embedded architecture, MATLAB, CADENCE, and LaTeX.

With a passion for teaching and research, I am always eager to explore new frontiers in engineering and technology.
