The Certificate in Pre-Engineering is designed to enable students from many countries, and especially in the region, to access our engineering programmes. It also creates a pathway for students from non-traditional educational backgrounds.

Students are required to register for 30 credits of courses across two semesters. These courses will develop the requisite foundation in Mathematics, Physics, Introduction to Engineering, and Introduction to Information Technology. There will also be two zero credit courses on Practical Immersion Activities to give students some practical grounding in preparation for the Engineering profession.
