UWI-NEDCO Innovation & Entrepreneurship Boot Camp
The UWI-NEDCO Innovation & Entrepreneurship Boot Camp targets UWI Students and it is meant to assist these budding entrepreneurs in improving the products of services offered, in addition to providing up to $15,000 in capital injection, $5000.00 in prizes and admission into the NEDCO Business Accelerator Programme. Entrepreneurs will have access to a one-week intensive training (Boot Camp) in systems and processes for effective innovation and enterprise development in addition to mentorship sessions. The top 6 applicants would be invited to present their pitch deck to a panel of qualified judges.

Any registered UWI Student (Undergraduate/ Postgraduate) at the St Augustine Campus. You can compete as an individual or as a team.
Anyone interested in participating in the competition must:
- Create an account by Sign-up Ventures App or sign in at Ventures App.
- Complete the UWI-NEDCO Boot Camp profile and Application on the Ventures App by October 06, 2023.
- Pay the registration fee of $200.00 (Individual/Team)

- Payments can be made, via Credit Card or Debit Card to the EU Online Store (please note a $5 service fee is applied to all transactions) ;
- Any Republic Bank branch at Account # 160 284 614 001
- Pay directly to the Cashier at the UWI Bursary to account 18153-1854-5405-1
1st Prize - $15,000 and the opportunity to be part of NEDCO’s Business Accelerator Programme.
2nd and 3rd Prize will each get a 10.2-inch 9th Generation IPad and the opportunity to be part of NEDCO’s Business Accelerator Programme.

Training Schedule
Certificate of Participation will be distributed to all participants who complete the one-week training.
Mentorship Schedule
Each entrant can access 20-minute mentorship sessions from 9:00 am – 4:00 pm on 9th – 20th October 2023.
