The Minor in Linguistics is especially interesting and important for those planning to teach English in Colombia or elsewhere in the Hispanophone world, or in secondary schools.

Holders of the BA Spanish may also continue their education with an advanced degree in Spanish (see below), Cultural Studies, International Relations or Law.
