Dr. Bephyer Parey is a Research Fellow at the Sir Arthur Lewis Institute of Social and Economic Studies (SALISES) at The UWI, St. Augustine Campus. She serves as the Academic Coordinator of the MSc in Development Statistics and teaches Techniques of Applied Social Statistical Analysis and Research Design and Management. With a research agenda centered on disability studies and spanning education, employment, social care, and wellbeing, she is dedicated to developing policy recommendations that advance the full inclusion of persons with disabilities across the lifecourse. She founded and currently chairs the Disability Studies Research Cluster.
