BSc Biology with Specialisations
Welcome to the Department of Life Sciences Undergraduate Programmes.
The aim of the UWI Department of Life Science programmes are to provide the highest quality of education at the undergraduate level to students from the region, with an emphasis on the provision of knowledge and the development of appropriate subject-based skills. The programmes have been developed with respect to benchmarking learning outcomes, level of knowledge and understanding, student skills, and methods of assessment.

Note the following;
Students reading the BSc Degree in Biology with specialisations are required to do two (2) specialisations each comprising of five 3-credit courses

- Marine Biology
- Microbiology
- Plant Biology
