British High Commission UK Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism Project

Following the completion of the IISD Project, the Office of the Campus Principal was contracted by the British High Commission to undertake a related study, this time focusing on the implications of the UK Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism (CBAM) for Trinidad and Tobago. Once again, the project was managed by the team led by Dr Preeya Mohan and Dr Jaymeon Jagessar, providing valuable support. The findings from this study were compiled into a report, which was officially launched on August 18th, 2025, at the residence of the British High Commissioner.
