The St Augustine Campus participated in the Buy Local, Build Trinbago Market Experience, hosted by the Ministry of Trade, Investment and Tourism (MTTI) on 08 August at S&S Persad Supermarket, Mayaro. The initiative brought together local farmers, agro-processors, artisans and lifestyle brands to showcase products and services while promoting support for local enterprise.

The event was attended by Senator the Honourable Satyakama Maharaj, Minister of Trade, Investment and Tourism, and Senator the Honourable Dr Kennedy Swaratsingh, Minister of Planning, Economic Affairs and Development and Minister in the Ministry of Finance, along with other government officials and stakeholders.
