The Office of the Campus Principal continues to work closely with the Ministry of Trade to enhance UWI Made products and foster entrepreneurship. To this end, a meeting was held with Global Trinidad & Tobago (Global TT), the country’s premier trade and investment promotion agency, which streamlines support for investors and entrepreneurs. On March 12th, 2026, a team from the Campus, including product leaders and administrators, connected with Global TT’s experts to discuss the export readiness of the UWI Made products. Presentations from both sides shared essential insights on export requirements, entry strategies, and the value of trade missions. This meeting was invaluable in equipping Campus staff with crucial information to expand its commercial presence in both local and international markets.
