Module Cancellation Policy

The Diplomatic Academy of the Caribbean reserves the right to cancel any training module if enrolment is insufficient. In case of cancellation, the Diplomatic Academy of the Caribbean will notify applicants three days before the start of the module. Applicants who have paid an application fee may transfer this fee towards another course or receive a refund.

Participant Cancellation Policy

Registered participants who are unable to attend a training module are kindly asked to notify the Diplomatic Academy of the Caribbean by emailing diplomatic.academy@sta.uwi.edu at least three days before the start of the training module. If a registered participant does not give written notification of their inability to attend the training module three days prior to the start of the training, the Diplomatic Academy reserves the right to apply a 25% cancellation fee. Cancellation will be accepted only in writing to diplomatic.academy@sta.uwi.edu

Fee payment policy

Registered participants are required to pay fees in respect of their programme at the time of registration or by the advertised payment deadline date. No registration is complete until all fees have been paid. Participants with outstanding fees will neither receive course material packages nor be allowed to attend classes.
(If it is not possible for registered participants to pay the full amount at the time of registration, a suitable payment plan approved by the Manager will be made on how the outstanding amount will be paid. The participant will be required to pay according to the terms specified in the payment plan. Such a participant will also be required to sign a Payment Plan Agreement. Failure to make payment on time in accordance with the payment plan will prohibit re-enrolment for any other programme.)
