The Financial Advisory Services Department, under the Division of Student Services and Development, is pleased to inform you that the application for the St. Augustine Campus Returning Undergraduate Scholarships and Bursaries (S&B) is open! Successful applicants will benefit from non-repayable and non-tuition-based awards that provide financial support for day-to-day living and other educational expenses.

Full-time undergraduate students who are pursuing a bachelor’s degree are invited to apply for the following:

• Returning Students Scholarships & Bursaries Application: over 300 awards valued from TT$30,000 – TT$5,000 are available to students at the St. Augustine Campus.

• The Leon A Cook Sports Scholarship: One award valued at TT$10,000 open to students who are actively involved in sporting activities and pursuing a bachelor’s degree at the St. Augustine Academy of Sport. Consideration will be given to students from other faculties with high financial need.

• National Energy Corporation Limited Bursary: Four awards valued at TT$7,000 open to nationals of Trinidad and Tobago registered in any faculty and reside in Mayaro and Guayaguayare.

• The UWI Development and Endowment Fund Sports Scholarship: Ten awards valued at TT$5,000 open to all undergraduate students, including regional students, who are actively involved in sporting activities and pursuing a bachelor’s degree.

• The UWI Global Giving Bursary: Eight awards valued at TT$5,000 open to nationals of Trinidad and Tobago registered in any faculty with verifiable financial need.

• UWI Alumni Association (T&T Chapter) Bursary: Two awards valued at TT5,000 open to students who have significantly contributed to student community activities or other extra-curricular activities.
