Dr. Roxanne Brizan- St. Martin, from the tri-island state of Grenada, is an Instructor with the Department of Economics, The UWI, St. Augustine Campus and an Associate with the HEU, Centre for Health Economics. With over ten (10) years of regional experience, she is a trained health and development economist specializing in health systems management, health financing and healthcare access options and challenges in the Caribbean.
Roxanne was awarded her PhD in 2019/2020 and is featured in The New Today, a weekly newspaper in Grenada. Click
