Registration to the workshop
is free. The workshop will provide regional participants with airport-hotel,
hotel-airport, hotel – conference venue and hotel-field
trip at no cost to the participants. We will also provide you with lunches
and dinners on the days of the conference at our cost. However, you will
have to pay for the cost of transportation to Trinidad and Tobago and the
cost of the hotel accommodation.
We have obtained sponsorship to cover
the cost of transportation and lodging in Trinidad and Tobago for a limited
number
of participants. We will
inform those by personal letter or email.
Please let us know whether
you require an invitation letter for immigration purposes. Please email

- Chaconia Hotel: US$ 120.00/ night; breakfast included
- Kapok Hotel: US$ 152.00/ night; breakfast included
