The first iteration of the DAOC online training module on Energy Diplomacy: Foreign and Security Policy Contexts in the Caribbean
“This course has exceeded my expectations. The facilitators could not have chosen a better time to provide such an informative and educational course. I commenced the programme with very little knowledge in this area. However, due to the presenter’s articulate presentation, I have gained a comprehensive knowledge of the exploration of Energy Diplomacy in various countries in the Caribbean, the International Region.
I was engrossed in the presentation on the case of Guyana’s Oil and Gas Sector and its Emergence as a Petrostate: Prospects and Possible Pitfall. Without a doubt, I am better informed and certainly more capable of functioning as the Clerk of the Natural Resources Committee. I would love to have an opportunity to pursue follow-up courses in this regard.”
