The COVID-19 pandemic is having a profound effect on every country, government, economy, business and citizen around the globe. Businesses have to pivot through this crisis, in reactive and innovative ways to survive. Leaders have become the cornerstone of these responses, driving the organization’s ability to not only survive, but to recover and thrive with thoughtful, reflective and an evolved definition.
This 4-day seminar offers business leaders and managers an opportunity to critically reflect and evolve their leadership agility in a post COVID-19 era.
The seminar will focus on five key impact areas of an organization's people strategy:
All sessions are live and delivered online.
Dates: Wednesday November 18th, 25th, December 2nd, and 9th
Time: 5.00 PM – 7.30 PM AST: Live Lecture via Zoom

Do Executives and Senior Leaders have an evaluative or feedback measure in place to garner people/employee sentiments during COVID? How have you responded to COVID [remote, technology, wellness, learning and development]? What is your SWOT on your BCP plan? Did your people strategy change in the last 6 months?
