Dawn's firm designs and implements exceptional customer experience solutions for small, medium, and large organizations, enabling them to establish a reputation for excellent service. She leads a team of skilled professionals who have worked with numerous organizations, including the Caribbean Confederation of Credit Unions, well-known credit unions in Trinidad and Tobago and the Caribbean, the Unit Trust Corporation, TATIL, and SAGICOR. In 2019, DRA Consulting established the Customer Service and Customer Experience Practitioners' Group of Trinidad and Tobago (CuSPTT) to promote world-class customer experience practices in the Caribbean.
