Shalini Ramdeo is an adjunct lecturer in the area of management and leadership and has teaching and research experience in the areas of organizational development and organizational behavior at the University of the West Indies, St Augustine, Trinidad. She holds a PhD in Business Administration with a specialization in Human Resource Management, MSc in Management Studies (Human Resource Management), PG Certificate in University Teaching and Learning, and a BSc in Management StudiesĀ  from the University of the West Indies. She has teaching experience at the tertiary level both at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels where she also supervises postgraduate students completing their research projects. In 2020, Shalini co-authored the book, Leading Organization Development and Change, and in 2023, Contemporary Perspectives in Human Resource Management and Organizational Behavior which were both published with Palgrave Macmillan. She has various publications in peer-reviewed journals and book chapters where her research interests are in the areas of workplace bullying, workplace cyberbullying, sexual harassment, abusive supervision, destructive work behaviours, organizational development, and human resource management. Furthermore, she has served as a country co-investigator for GLOBE 2020.
