Dana Hayes-Burke is the Chief Business Strategist & Founder of DHB Vision Strategist. She is also an International Conference Speaker who has been featured or invited to speak in over 10 countries because of her work to educate, empower and build in the spaces of vision, business strategy and leadership. spoken .  With over 15 years of leadership experience in the private and public sector, Dana has built strong, empowered, and high-performing teams.  Mrs. Hayes-Burke is an alumna of the University of the West Indies and holds a Master's Degree in Management Studies with distinction.

Denise Julien-Stoute is a PhD Candidate at The University of the West Indies (UWI), St. Augustine, specializing in Management Studies. Concurrently, she serves as the Marketing and Corporate Communication Manager at TECU Credit Union, a prominent institution in Trinidad and Tobago. As a Part-time Lecturer at The UWI, she imparts knowledge in Marketing, International Business, and Business Communication. Denise is also an accomplished researcher and consultant, specializing in Services Marketing and showcasing a profound dedication to customer service. With an extensive professional background spanning over two decades, she has contributed her expertise to the financial services, agriculture, and manufacturing sectors. Denise holds an MBA from the University of Reading (UK) and a BSc. (Hon) from The University of the West Indies (St. Augustine).

Mr. Selris Mahabir is a Project Management Professional (PMP) and a Microsoft Certified Application Specialist (MCAS). In his Project Management portfolio at The University of the West Indies, St. Augustine Campus, Mr. Mahabir possesses vast experience in developing project plans, monitoring projects during execution and training faculty and staff in the information systems and applications that are designed, developed and implemented for campus utilization. In particular, Mr. Mahabir has been instrumental in numerous service delivery optimization projects, application integration implementation and change management initiatives to serve The University of the West Indies community. Mr. Mahabir holds a Master of Science degree in Strategic Leadership and Management (The UWI) and a MicroMasters® in Project Management (EdX/RIT) and Master Certificate in Project Leadership and System Design (Cornell University).

When and Where

The workshop will be hosted by the Business Development Unit of the Faculty of Social Sciences, The University of the West Indies. It will utilize interactive pedagogy strategies to promote an engaging learning experience. You will be able to join this workshop via Zoom to participate in discussions, interactive presentations, group exercises, resource videos, and valuable articles and case examples.
