COURSE DESCRIPTION

This course provides the student with an introductory understanding of the terminology and concepts of operating systems and computer networking.  The technical foundation of operating system installation, configuration, administration and troubleshooting are introduced to students. The course will be delivered using a combination of lectures, eLearning and various online resources. Assignments will take the form of written examinations, lab examinations, group projects and presentations.
