The Department of Computing & Information Technology is responsible for research and degree programs in the areas of Computer Science and Information Technology. We offer B.Sc. programs in Computer Science, Computer Science & Management, and in Information Technology. We offer M.Sc. in Computer Science and M.Phil. and Ph.D. research degrees in several exciting research areas of Computing. CODE Hunt A New Coding Competition – Every Month!

Code Hunt http://www.codehunt.com is a game from Microsoft Research where players code for fun, finding the patterns in clues and writing code to solve a secret algorithm.

DCIT Students Won Local AgriHack Talent Competition

The Department is proud to announce that two B.Sc. Computer Science (Special) students, Mr. Steffan Boodhoo and Mr. Jherez Taylor, participated and won the local qualifying round of the AgriHack Talent competition which was held on 19th September 2014.
