Criteria for Nomination

1. The Nominee must have served at least two years since the start of 2012-17 Strategic Plan and be a member of one of the following catergories of staff:

1. Senior Administrative/Professional Staff to cater to directors, administrative heads, contract officers and professional staff;
2. Administrative, Technical and Service Staff to cater to administrative assistants, clerical officers, stenographers, secretaries, office attendants, technicians, ancillary staff and janitorial staff.
3. Daily Paid Staff
4. Estate Police

2. The Nominee must be in good standing with the University of the West Indies, St. Augustine.
3. Applicants can self-nominate or be nominated by members of their department, office or unit.
4. Nomination forms must be submitted no later than Wednesday 18th November, 2015;
