The Service Excellence Awards

Nomination Criteria

1. The Nominee must have served at least two years since the start of 2012-17 Strategic Plan and be any member of staff from one of the following categories:

1. Service Excellence Leaders: persons who are responsible for leading and managing service excellence within their departments, offices or units or across several entities;
2. Service Excellence Achievers: persons who are direct agents interfacing with customers on a daily basis and who administer services in a department, office, unit or other entity. 

2. The Nominee must be in good standing with the University of the West Indies, St. Augustine.
3. Applicants can self-nominate or be nominated by members of their department, office or unit.
4. Nomination forms must be submitted no later than Tuesday 17th November 2015..
