Nomination Process and Procedure
- Nomination forms are available by clicking the Nominate tab above and selecting Nomination Forms under the respective category (Principal's Award). Click the link to download the relevant form;;
- Nominees must provide a current List of Accomplishments;
- A minimum of two (and maximum of four) supporting nomination letters which would have justified why the nominees are being nominated must accompany the nomination. Nomination letters should not exceed 1,500 words each and should be typed written, size 12 New Times Roman font. The nominator should indicate his/her current position, organisation and contact information (email and telephone/mobile);
- Nominators should NOT include employee performance appraisals or other performance documents as part of an application. The Human Resources Division shall verify the suitability of any nominee for the award;
- Nomination forms and corresponding information must be emailed to the Administrator, Employee and Service Excellence Awards Secretariat at eoyseawards@sta.uwi.edu no later than Wednesday 18th November 2015.
