Criteria

The criteria for the Award include the following:

Job Performance	Regularly and consistently performed at a level that exceeds the requirements of his/her position	30
Professionalism	Adhered to a standard of professionalism that serves as a model for others	10
Creativity/Initiative	Demonstrated creativity and initiative when improving policies, procedures, practices and productivity	10
Collegiality	Assumed leadership roles in promoting collaborative effort and a sense of collegiality across the University	20
Organisational Change	Championed organisational change in his/her area of work to ensure that the Campus (University) is at the cutting edge in the higher education sector	20
Public Service	Served UWI in a voluntary capacity (not related to current job) to increase its awareness and position in the community, country, region and internationally	10
