Services is another arm of the Centre’s mandate that has grown exponentially in the last decade, in response to the clamorous demand for research-based solutions, to the challenges affecting cocoa stakeholders. This demand for assistance has fueled our award winning EU-ACP project entitled, the International Fine Cocoa Innovation Centre. This new innovation Centre is our technical hub which, in the near future, will corral all our existing services to deliver a variety of dynamic, flexible training courses; genetic and chemical analyses, as well as certification services. In addition, the state of the art test kitchens and business incubators will also produce a range of cocoa-based products for sale, to serve as beacons of excellence; inspiring a new generation of small and large business entrepreneurs.
