The World Bank together with The International Finance Corporation (IFC) and The Multilateral Investment Guarantee Agency (MIGA) have decided to merge their previous individual youth development programs to bring to you The World Bank Group Young Professionals Program.
They are looking for young academics with the drive and passion for solving developmental challenges across the globe. Previous cohorts of young professionals have been selected from all around the world to join this two-year leadership development program. This program leads to a five-year employment contract in one of these organizations (IFC, MIGA).
