Pre-Health Professionals Programme Overview

The Pre-Health Professional Programme (PHPP) at The UWI St. Augustine Campus is a one-year (three-semester) certificate programme specially designed to prepare non-national students for matriculation to MD programme at the Global Medical School

Delivered by the Faculty of Medical Sciences at The UWI St. Augustine in Trinidad, the programme is designed around pre-medical and pre-health courses in English, Chemistry, Biology, Physics and Mathematics and other liberal arts courses. The courses are delivered during the regular 1st and 2nd semesters (i.e. September – December and January – May) as well as the 9-week summer semester in June – July.
