Visa requirements for students from Africa and India

All foreign nationals that require e-visas to enter Trinidad or Tobago need to apply for it online through either of the links provided below.

  • Apply for an e-visa through:
    • National Security e-Visa Page
    • TT Services e-Visa Portal

Students must have the following:

  • Digital passport compliant photo
    • Submitted photos must adhere to the specified requirements. The Immigration Division reserves the right to request a new photo if deemed necessary.
      • JPEG, PNG or BMP
      • Between 15 KB and 7584 KB
      • Between 480 pixels wide by 640 pixels high and 4800 pixels wide by 6400 pixels high
  • Required supporting documentation
    • Submitted supporting documents must adhere to the specified requirements. The Immigration Division reserves the right to request a new supporting document if deemed necessary.
    • PDF format
    • Each document must not exceed 450 KB
    • No more than 12 documents may be attached. (Links above will provide the necessary documents needed)
  • Credit card

Clinical rotation or internship opportunities available for MD students

All clinical rotations can be completed in Trinidad & Tobago. International rotations in the USA and UK are currently being negotiated.

Students will have options for selecting their clinical training locations, subject to their meeting the requirements for visas to the country selected.
