Biography
Mr. Clive D. Matthew is 29 years old and currently works as the Head of Planning and Finance for a privately-owned mid-size civil engineering firm, in Trinidad and Tobago, a position he has held since October 2009.
Prior to that, he worked as a corporate banker with FirstCaribbean International Bank in St. Kitts, between 2005 and 2006. Mr. Matthew was educated at the Leeds Metropolitan University, Leeds, United Kingdom where he obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A. (Hons.)) Degree in Business and Finance, and at the University of the West Indies, St. Augustine, Trinidad where he obtained a Master of Science (MSc) Degree in Management Studies with Distinction.
He has research interests in Corporate Finance, Capital Markets, Banking, International Finance and Macroeconomics and has worked as a Research Assistant and Part-time Tutor at the University of the West Indies for 2nd year Finance and Accounting undergraduates.
