Biography

Joycelyn T. Williams (Ms) is a Lecturer in the Department of Economics at the University of Guyana. She was educated at the University of Guyana and Cambridge University, England. Her previous professional experiences include: Financial Analyst at the Government of Guyana Privatisation Unit; Project Coordinator, Caribbean HRD Regional Competitiveness Program (CPEC); Trade and Outreach Manager, USAID/GOG Trade and Investment Support Project. She also currently runs a vibrant consultancy practice in Georgetown-specializing in project management and competitiveness issues [JTW & Associates Management Institute]. She has consulted for the IDB, USAID, CIDA, and UN/ILO and various private sector organizations.
