Biography

Dr. Naresh Singh is currently Director-General for Strategic Planning at CIDA ( Canadian International Development Agency) in Ottawa , Canada.

He was a program director at the International Institute for Sustainable Development in Winnipeg Canada, and Executive Director of the Caribbean Environmental Health Institute,  based in Castries St. Lucia ,and serving all CARICOM countries.

 He has taught at the Consortium Graduate School of Social Sciences at UWI , Mona, and been a visiting scholar and professor at several Universities in North America including Harvard , McGill and Waterloo.

He is widely published.
