David Plummer
David Plummer is Senior Advisor on International Development at the Royal Tropical Institute, Amsterdam and Adjunct Professor in Public Health at the University of Texas, Houston. He previously held a Commonwealth/UNESCO Chair in Education (HIV Health Promotion) at the University of the West Indies. His research is in gender, sexual health, marginalization and health, and stigma and discrimination.
