David Plummer
David Plummer is the Commonwealth/UNESCO Regional Professor in Education (HIV Health Promotion) for the Caribbean. David is based at the School of Education, the University of the West Indies, St. Augustine Campus, Trinidad. David is both physician and has a PhD in sociology. His research is in gender, sexual health, marginalization and health, and stigma and discrimination.
