When will I receive my offer/acceptance letter?
You will receive your offer/acceptance letter once all relevant documents are submitted to the admissions department and approvals have been completed

 

What does “Offer Letter is in Progress” mean?
Once you have accepted the offer to the relevant programme, evaluation continues pending further approvals. Once all approvals have been met, you will receive an acceptance letter indicating your enrolment within the relevant programme. Here is a guide to understanding your applications status. How do you register for a programme in the Department of Mechanical & Manufacturing Engineering?

There are 7 steps:

 

1.

Get your Registration information.

2.

Register for Gate eService ID (T&T nationals if applicable)

3.

Attend Academic Advising for your programme. Check the Faculty Advising Schedule online for dates and instructions OR the Department’s Website.

4.

Select your Courses online by logging onto the Student Portal. Read the registration guide.

5.

Enroll in FEE Pay to Obtain Financial Clearance. Log into the Student Portal to register for Fee Pay.

6.

Get Your UWI ID / Smart Card.

How do I Maintain Financial Clearance?

  1. By enrolling in FEE Pay and paying all your instalments on time.
  2. Submit all documents and proof of payment using e-courier.ca.
  3. Documents to be submitted:
  • ​Signed Fee Assessment Sheet
  • Signed E-GATE Application Form
  • Scholarship Letter (Where Applicable)
  • Bank Slip (Front and Back)
  • Submission Receipt
  • Online Confirmation Receipt
