This course will train students to collaborate with their classmates and colleagues using Microsoft Office 365’s familiar and recognizable tools - Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook and One Drive. They will learn to utilize the enhanced collaborative features of these traditional office applications. Students will learn to share their files and other resources using Microsoft’s cloud storage solution - OneDrive and its extensive permission features. Students will also learn how their group work in Word, PowerPoint or Excel can truly become collaborative efforts – using the Microsoft 365 platform.
The course will be assessed using a quiz and a project based final assessment.
This course will teach students how to correctly use Word, Excel and PowerPoint to create documents of a professional standard. Students will also learn to use Outlook and OneDrive to share their work with classmates, colleagues and users as well as collaborate in real time with authors of other documents. Students will demonstrate their competency in the use these Microsoft 365 applications.
