Foreign Fulbright Student Program

The Fulbright Foreign Student Program enables graduate students, young professionals and artists from abroad to study and conduct research in the United States at U.S. universities or other academic institutions.
Fulbright encourages applications from all fields, including interdisciplinary ones.
Approximately 4,000 foreign students receive Fulbright scholarships each year.

The Hubert H. Humphrey Fellowship Program provides a year of professional enrichment in the United States for experienced professionals from designated countries throughout the world. Fellows are selected based on their potential for leadership and their commitment to public service in either the public or private sector.  The fellowships are full grants covering all related expenses.

American Association of University Women (AAUW) International Fellowships

International Fellowships are awarded for full-time study or research in the United States to women who are not U.S. citizens or permanent residents. Both graduate and postgraduate studies at accredited U.S. institutions are supported.

American University Emerging Global Leader ScholarshipAnnual deadline: 15 Dec -15 January

The AU Emerging Global Leader Scholarship is targeted to high-achieving international students who wish to pursue a Bachelor’s Degree in the US and who are dedicated to positive civic and social change. Humber offers a number of full tuition renewable scholarships which are available for NEW international students beginning classes in January or September of each year. The scholarship covers full tuition fees.

United Kingdom

Chevening Scholarships

The Chevening UK Scholarships is the flagship scholarship scheme of the British Government. Every year,  1000 scholarships are given to exceptional international students who wants undertake postgraduate study at UK Universities. Most Chevening Scholarships cover tuition fees, living allowance at a set rate (for one individual); an economy class return airfare to the UK, and additional grants to cover essential expenditure.

Commonwealth Scholarships

The Commonwealth Scholarships are targeted to students from developing Commonwealth countries who wants to pursue Master’s, PhD, and split-site (PhD) study in the UK. The scholarship includes tuition fees, living allowance, travel expenses, arrival allowance, thesis allowance, among others.

Rhodes Scholarships at University of Oxford

Established in the will of Cecil Rhodes in 1902, the Rhodes is the oldest and perhaps the most prestigious international scholarship program in the world.   The Rhodes Scholarships are postgraduate awards that supports exceptional international students from selected countries at the University of Oxford.   A Rhodes Scholarship covers all university fees, personal stipend, health insurance, and airfare to and from the student’s home country.
