Payment via credit card is subject to a 3% convenience fee.

How to register

Contact the CLL via email to request a fillable PDF Application Form, Test Voucher and payment instructions.
Pay test fee using online payment facility or direct deposit.

Submit payment record/receipts accompanied by one form of internationally-recognised identification (Passport or National ID) via email.

Kindly provide 2 passport size photos in your email to us, in addition to the completed application form.
